Our Story

My daughter, an avid writer for her age, was constantly producing story after story and pleading with me to have them professionally published. One day, we decided to collaborate. My idea, her creativity, her writing, my editing...together we completed "The New Kid On The Block".

My younger daughter, unable to write yet, had taken to illustrating. The creations were endless, the characters fun and colorful.

This collaboration between author and illustrator in my own home and the desire to publish professional quality books was the catalyst to Scribblitt™.

Scribblitt™ is a launch pad for creativity where kids grab an idea, and using tools provided and collaboration with other kids, teachers, writers and publishers, take it where they want to go, making their own characters, story and illustrations come to life in a professional product.

I hope you enjoy using Scribblitt™ as much as I've enjoyed building this site. It has been a true labor of love, dedicated to my girls and all young writers out there.
